Because each client receives a set of 100 names — and because many strong names can be relevant across industries — it would be neither practical nor desirable to promise complete exclusivity. In fact, many great names thrive in different contexts (think Dove chocolate and Dove soap). Naimer’s focus is on delivering a rich, inspiring set of brand-worthy options to move your naming process forward — not on providing exclusivity. While Naimer names are developed with brand strength in mind, our process does not include trademark screening, so availability for use or registration is not guaranteed. We recommend that you review and shortlist your favorite candidates from the 100 provided — and, if desired, create additional options inspired by them — and then conduct basic preliminary checks (e.g., Google or USPTO searches) to narrow the field before engaging a qualified trademark attorney for comprehensive clearance. The names you receive from Naimer are name candidates — creative options for your consideration. At the time of delivery, no intellectual property rights are assigned or owned. You gain rights to a name only once you select it and complete the appropriate legal steps to clear and register it (such as securing a trademark).

Naimer does not screen for domain availability. In today’s branding landscape, an exact dot-com is often not necessary — many strong brands use creative domain strategies, such as adding a descriptor (HiOscar.com, NissanUSA.com, DoveChocolate.com) or leveraging alternative extensions like .ai, .io, .co, and .xyz (Alphabet uses abc.xyz and Perplexity operates at perplexity.ai). Additionally, many registered domains are available for purchase at reasonable prices. Limiting name selection only to those with an exact dot-com match would severely and unnecessarily constrain your creative options. We recommend exploring domain possibilities once you’ve identified your top name candidates.
